Charleston carriage company gets license suspended (update)

Update November 7:

The Post and Courier has followed with a slightly more in-depth write-up that has some additional context; read it here.

First reporting:

Following a guilty plea for violating city codes regarding animal welfare, the Carolina Polo and Carriage Company is being forced to close for 7 days and will then be put on a 90 day probationary period.

If it fails in that period it will have to close for another 23 days.
