Like it or not, the Charleston Police are watching us.

According to an article in today's Post and Courier, the department installed ten cameras in some of the city's hottest spots last month, and plan to add an additional 22 cameras in 2011.

The cameras are currently rolling on select spots near the port, the Market and the Gadsden Green housing development on Charleston's West Side. Next up, the heavily trafficked King and Market street and parts of the East Side and North Central neighborhoods.
