Morinelli NBC News 2 is reporting that Charleston City councilwoman Deborah Morinelli has been arrested and faces DUI charges.

But she told The Post and Courier it's not as it seems, and that another car ran her off the road.

Morinelli represents District 2, which is mainly west of 526 in West Ashley (map).
