Last year Beau James Froehlich died after injuries he sustained while leaving the annual Skinful Halloween party on James Island.

Later that year, the man accused of an alleged DUI that lead to Froehlich's death, Matthew Fisher, died after he was struck while riding a bike on Folly Road.

Now, a lawsuit has recently been filed by Froehlich's father against Fisher's estate and the Skinful organizers.
