Five tied to robberies of cab and delivery services

Four have suspects have been arrested, and one more sought in connection with a strong of robberies of delivery and taxi cab drivers.

Here's what the police department's press release said:
Investigators say the teens targeted their victims by ordering food or a cab using the address of an unoccupied residence then robbing the victims. Since June, the group has been responsible for at least a half-dozen robberies in the Dorchester Terrace neighborhood.

Police are still searching for Jessie Grant.Police have arrested 16 year old Antwan Riley, 17 year old Terrance Palmer, and 19 year old Gerard Riley. A juvenile has also been arrested in connection with the robberies. Antwan Riley and Terrance Palmer are both charged with one count of Armed Robbery; and Gerard Riley is charged with 3 counts of Armed Robbery and one count of Common Law Robbery. The juvenile suspect is charged with two counts of Armed Robbery.

Police have also issued an Armed Robbery warrant for 18 year old Jessie Grant. Detective Lieutenant Scott Deckard says, “More charges are anticipated and more suspects are possible.”
