The owner of North Charleston's GreenSpirit Hydrogardens and two Horry County brothers are accused of conspiring to grow and distribute marijuana.

The federal charges stem from an incident in October 2010 when police raided a West Ashley home owned by hydro-gardener, Edward Ross Atkins, and found nearly 90 marijuana plants along with a jar containing 10 grams of pot.

The Post and Courier has a lengthy article on the case; read it here.
