North Charleston police officer fired after positive drug test results

Sgt. Raymond L. Garrison was fired on March 14th after testing positive for cocaine during a random drug test.

Garrison, who had been with the North Charleston Police Department for 22 years, was fired on the grounds that he had violated the department's drug policy.
