Sewer Overflow at Air Force Base

According to the North Charleston Sewer District, the Charleston Air Force Base is dealing with 5,000+ gallons of overflowing sewage.
Authorities plan to restrict fishing and crabbing in the Ashley River due to the unfortunate situation (um, yeah!)
