A gas giveaway on Friday had a Hess gas station crammed in 15 minutes, and within 45 minutes 300 cars jammed Sam Rittenberg and Ashley Hall Road.

At 5:15 p.m. radio station Z93 Jamz announced they would give free fill-ups to 100 people, but the police shut down the chaos after the station had only managed to get gas pumped to about 75 people, costing about $1,200.
