The U.S. Census Bureau has released some new data for 2007 on what people speak at home and where they are from.

Greg Hambrick at the Charleston City Paper did some sifting through that data and found we in S.C. have some of the lowest rates of foreigners and, unsurprisingly, one of the lowest rates of speaking a non-English language at home.
