We are very happy and relieved to announce that our legal counsel, Will Lewis of the Richter Firm in Mt. Pleasant, informed us this moment that he has received notification from counsel for Kim and Ernie Irvan that the Irvans, as of late this afternoon, have voluntarily dismissed their lawsuit against us.

We just want to thank all of you so much for your support as this experience has been such a trying time for all involved. We hope that it will present an opportunity for neighbors to be neighbors and to work through our differences in a private and understanding way. Thank you all again for your support, which has been humbling and overwhelming. As I have said before, perhaps a tincture of time, quiet talk, and honest humility will be the ointment that starts the healing of this wound. We look forward to seeing you at the farm.
