Although Charleston County Council voted to rescind its decision to not proceed with the controversial I-526 extension, the S.C. Transportation Infrastructure Bank's decision to get $11.6 million from the county is still standing.

Leaders are saying if the bank will change the status, they'll proceed with a reinvigorated process on how and if the road should be built.
I'll shoot you over to The Post and Courier's report for the scoop on what's up; read it here.
