Unresolved status of I-526 expansion leaves land owners in limbo

Some properties owners on James and Johns islands were less than thrilled to hear that South Carolina would likely acquire their properties to extend I-526.
Well if that was the case they've been even less thrilled after being left in three months of limbo as to whether or not that plan will happen or be outright scrapped.
