Audit calls for more state aircraft record keeping

An audit of how state aircraft is managed has concluded that state agencies that manage aircraft should post online how often those aircraft fly and who’s on board as well as improve overall record keeping practices.

The audit was ordered by Senate President Pro Tem Glenn McConnell the allegations against Governor Mark Sanford's misuse state planes for personal trips.
