Ashley Hall gun incident spurs on bill to track S.C.'s mentally ill
The recent attempted shooting at Ashley Hall school is drawing critical attention to South Carolina's submission of only 34 names to a database that bans the mentally ill from buying guns. Those 34 names come over some 15 years.
