Community says it can do a better job at deciding the future of schools

The final meeting for a school redesign went smoother on Wednesday, but folks still weren't happy with the options presented by the Charleston County School District -- so they're meeting today to craft their own proposal on how the school district can better balance a shaky budget with the community's needs.
