Update October 23rd: Tonight is the second and final debate between Tom Rice and Gloria Tinubu, both of whom will be talking to undecided voters in their attempt to become the first to represent the new S.C. 7th District.

First Report: We were alerted to the second debate between Tom Rice and Gloria Bromell Tinubu at Coastal Carolina on Tuesday, October 23rd.

Coastal Carolina University, in partnership with WBTW News 13, The Morning News, The Sun News and Francis Marion University, will air a live debate between the Republican and Democratic candidates for South Carolina’s new 7th Congressional District seat at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Wheelwright Auditorium. Attendees should be seated by 6:45 p.m.
Bob Juback of WBTW will moderate the debate. Additionally, candidates will answer questions submitted by voters and viewers.
