Historic Panama Houses within the Chicora Gardens District of the Navy Yard at Noisette are up for sale and will be transformed into commercial and office buildings.

The houses are being sold in their current condition and are priced at a minimum of $490,000, and they range in size from 3,700 to 4,200 square feet.

The Navy built these two story concrete houses between 1939 and 1941, and their buyers will be eligible for Federal and State Historic District Tax Credits of 30 percent.
