Four-car wreck tying up I-26 eastbound lanes (update: three wrecks, eight cars)

Update July 28, 9:19 a.m.:
The Post and Courier is now reporting that authorities are responding to three wrecks involving eight cars in the eastbound lanes of Interstate-26 near Exit 219 at Rutledge Avenue.
First reporting:
A four-car wreck near the Rutledge Avenue exit has snarled traffic on the I-26 Eastbound lanes.
