Body of 23-year old woman found in Charleston Harbor
The body of Elizabeth Ashley Ward of Wadmalaw Island was recovered from the Cooper River near the aircraft carrier Yorktown on Tuesday afternoon.
The woman apparently jumped from the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge - her car was found on the bridge with the engine still running early Saturday morning.
