Elderly couple struck while crossing Savannah Highway, wife killed
A 70-year-old woman was killed and her husband injured when both were struck by an oncoming car in an attempt to cross Savannah Highway on Christmas night.
The husband and wife were struck near the Coburg Cow at about 7 p.m.
No charges are being filed against the driver.
