One stowaway dead, two captured in Charleston port incident (updated)

Update June 18:

The two surviving container ship stowaways Eddy Martinez Reyees and Jose Miquel Crisostomo-Perez, appeared in court this morning to face formal charges.

Reyees is charged with reentry of an alien subsequent to a conviction for an aggravated felony. Crisostomo-Perez is charged with improper entry of an alien.

Officials are saying that three men from the Dominican Republic stowed away aboard a container on the MSC Debra, only thanks to little supplies and high temperatures one person died on the multi-day trip.
