South Carolina's college graduation rate is sixth-highest in the nation

A recently released report by the National Student Clearinghouse has revealed that the college graduation rate in the state of South Carolina is 71.52 percent, earning the Palmetto State bragging rights for having the sixth-highest graduation rate in the nation.
