South Carolina's high school graduation rate 3rd worst in nation

New data on regional high school graduation rates has just been released, and South Carolina's graduation rate ranks 48th in the nation.
Not that surprising for a state where they're just now switching the number one focus in public schools to - drum roll please - literacy.
