The Moultrie News reports that a preliminary report suggests a need for a traffic signal at Joe Rouse Road (Bessemer Road) and S.C. Highway 41.

Raw counts show almost 300 left-turns during the a.m. peak hours and over 150 left-turns for the midday and p.m. peak hours

The study did not include future traffic estimates, but only present conditions.
