USPS hiring rural drivers

Starting today the United States Postal Service is hiring rural drivers for Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Lexington, Spartanburg, Sumter and Newberry. 

The position is for part-time rural postal carriers with a salary of $19.45 an hour. These new hires will basically be backup for the areas regular rural drivers when they have days off and or take their vacation. These part-time positions often become full time. 

Requirements:

Rural Carrier Associates must be available to work on an as needed basis; must have valid state drivers license from state of residence; minimum of two years driving experience with good driving record; provide reliable vehicle for delivery of mail; meet personal and medical suitability; and pass road tests administered by Postal Service examiners.
