North Myrtle Beach broadening curbside recycling program

For more than ten years, North Myrtle Beach has been operating their curbside recycling program at no extra cost to residents, picking up their little blue bins weekly.

But now, more and more residents are finding that those little bins just aren't cutting it any longer. To help solve this problem, North Myrtle Beach will now be offering 64-gallon and 48-gallon size bins at no extra cost. The new program will hopefully make it easier for people to participate and recycle more as opposed to just throwing overflow items away.

If you live in North Myrtle Beach and would like to participate in the new recycling program, head on over to SCnow.com to read their full write-up and get the phone number at the bottom of the report.
