North Myrtle Beach continues beach access revitalization

For the past few years North Myrtle Beach has been revitalizing their beach access' and during this year's off-season, the effort continues.

The North Myrtle Beach City Council has approved nearly one million dollars to refresh four beach access points -39th Avenue South, 46th Avenue South, 17th and 18th Avenue North. The plans include adding more parking for both cars and golf carts, adding new permanent public restrooms able to withstand hurricane-force winds and making the entrances accessible to everyone.

This is only one of the off-season projects the city will be working on.  Find out where the funds are coming from and watch their report by clicking over to WMBF News
