While it is just now starting to feel like winter in the area, sign-ups for spring sports have already started for both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. 

Myrtle Beach

Youth Baseball and Softball sign-ups are already underway for the Myrtle Beach area, those interested in getting their children involved in our National Past Time should head over to the Grand Park complex and Pepper Geddings Recreation Center. Registration started on Saturday, February 4, 2012, but no cut off date is listed on CityofMyrtleBeach.com. Boys age 4 to 15 are welcome, as well as girls age 4 to 16. 

Registration fees are $15.00 for Myrtle Beach residents and $75.00 for non-city residents, click on over for a printable registration form. 

North Myrtle Beach

Registration for North Myrtle Beach residents starts today, Monday, February 13th. The Baseball Divisions start at age 4 years and goes until 15 years -4 to 6 yearolds teams are coed. And Softball Divisions start at age 7 and got to 16 years old. Sign up at the J. Bryan Floyd Community Center located on Possum Trot Road in North Myrtle Beach. This early registration is for North Myrtle Beach residents only and will cost $25.00 with a valid ID. However, open registration starts on February 20th for non North Myrtle Beach residents and will cost $35.00. Registration lasts until March 2nd.
