Contemporary Southern folk art collection comes to Chapin Museum

Ann and Ted Oliver are proprietors of Oliver's Southern Folk Art Gallery in Henderson, North Carolina. For over 15 years, the Oliver's have amassed a collection of artworks from primarily self taught Southern artists.

From April 30th through October 2nd, the Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum will host nearly 100 pieces from the Oliver's collection. Myrtle Beach Alternatives has more information about the Oliver's and their collection. Read it here.

As always, admission to the Myrtle Beach area museum is free of charge.
