Google slowing construction, good thing ours is built

It's a good thing that Google's data center is already built in Goose Creek, as the company is pausing many of its data center construction plans.

Most recently the company walked away from a $4.7 million grant to expand a data center in Lenoir, N.C. that would have added some 210 jobs to the 50 already at the center.

The company also slowed construction of a data center in Oklahoma. I've also heard that Google may be slowing the build out at their Goose Creek campus.
