Over a year and a half ago, a judge encouraged Charleston County authorities and James Island to iron out their differences regarding a proposed $18 million Harbor View Road improvement project.

Much time has passed and several discussions sessions have occured, but it still seems as though no real progress has been made.

The project involves making intersections such as the North Shore Drive/Harbor View Road intersection safer and easier to navigate.
