Using 'USC': University of South Carolina gets a legal rebuff by Southern California

A couple years back, the University of South Carolina got a pretty firm "no" that the University of South Carolina had more privilege to use the "SC" mark. And now South Carolina has been told that California also gets the "USC" mark.

South Carolina has left open the option of an appeal to the Supreme Court.
