A bit of confusion later, and $100,000 marked for S.C. library ends up in California

Oh, good old bureaucratic government.
After the Jamestown library requested $50,000 to upgrade its facilites, $100,000 was ultimately secured in congress. But that windfall is moot (at least for now), a bureaucratic error sent the cash to Jamestown, California.
Doh.
The Washington Times has a nice write-up on the matter; read it over here.
Thanks to NBC News 2 for digging this one up.
