The Post and Courier's Robert Behre has put together a little preview of five big questions that loom for state and local races in South Carolina's 2010 elections.

See, in staunchly red South Carolina it's not always a question if you're a Republican or not, but sometimes it's if you're Republican enough. Even then, a properly played hand by a Democrat can win a state seat.
