James Island's mayor, council have first public quarrel (updated)

Well, it looks like James Island is officially a real, governing town now.

On a Tuesday meeting last week a rift between the town's mayor and council was awkwardly and publicly displayed. At issue was how things get done and the freedoms of council to do as they see fit.
