North Myrtle Beach's Dick Elliot, who has served District 28 of South Carolina for 15 years announced Saturday, March 24th that he will not be seeking another term in office. Elliot is Horry Counties longest serving state lawmaker, starting 30 years ago as a member of the SC House in 1982 and a senator since 1993.
