Archaeologists exhibit their finds at Charles Towne Landing

SCPRT archaeologist David Jones will be presenting the recent finds from the excavations at Charles Towne Landing, including the tabby floor of a 17th century structure on Saturday.

The lecture will be followed by an exhibit and a reception, where the guests will get a chance to view the artifacts from the site, including a mysterious gold ornament and a silver Spanish coin dated to 1660. The event will take place at Charles Towne Landing's Founders Hall on May 29th at 6 p.m. There is no admission fee.
