The Charleston Battery (2-0-0) defeated the Dayton Dutch Lions two goals to one as they recorded their second win of the 2011 USL PRO season.

The Battery will travel to Richmond next Saturday, April 23rd, when they face the Kickers at 5 p.m.

Charleston’s next home match is on Saturday, April 30th, as the Battery take on the Pittsburgh Riverhounds for “Kick for a Cure” night. The event will benefit Dragon Boat Charleston and the Lowcountry Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
