The Charleston chapter of L.I.M.E. (Local. Impromptu. Moveable. Evening.), an underground dining experience created by local chef Renata Dos Santos, is partnering with the $10 Club and Learning through Loggerheads for a special dinner on January 20th. This is the first of six Edisto Eats events by L.I.M.E, each hosted by the $10 Club and benefiting different charities. Local chef Ulfet Ralph of Peninsula Grill and U R the Cook is preparing a gourmet 5-7 course meal with drink pairings for guests.

Dinner begins at 6 p.m., and the location and full menu will be revealed two days before the event to confirmed guests only.
