The Visitor Center Bus Shed is the place to be for the 10th Annual Pet Helpers Oyster Roast on March 26th.

From 7 to 11 p.m., all are invited to dine on all-you-can-eat oysters, Lowcountry boil, chili (with a vegetarian option), and hot dogs. A cash bar will be set up for those of age and Blue Spartina, a local folk band will be providing tunes for most of the evening.

Naturally, this event is dog friendly.

The highlight of the evening for many guests is the silent auction which will feature lots of fun, unique, and well-priced items. Items up for auction this year include a surf board from Ocean Surf Shop, Reiki sessions, beaded jewelery, and a Pet First Aid Kit. All of the proceeds go to benefit Pet Helpers.

Here's the breakdown for ticket prices in advance:

• Adult $30 
• College $20 
• Child (7-12) $15 
• Child (under 7) free

All prices get bumped up by $5 if you plan to purchase them at the door.
