HALOS TO HOLD SECOND ANNUAL HAUNTED HALLOWEEN BASH

HALOS Halloween Bash attendees from last year's event.

HALOS will be holding their second annual Haunted Halloween Bash to benefit local children on Friday, Oct. 21 from 7:00 to 11:00 pm at the Cottage on the Creek located in Shem Creek. All proceeds from the event will benefit HALOS, a local nonprofit organization that works in partnership with the Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties’ Departments of Social Services and local faith, civic and business groups to target resources and services to child victims of abuse.

The HALOS Haunted Halloween Bash will feature lots of tricks and treats for adults, including prizes for the best costumes. Guests attending the ghoulish event will enjoy beer, wine, and a signature cocktail along with great food, a DJ, dancing and more. Tickets for the bash are priced at $35 per person or $50 per couple.

The event was created by HALOS volunteers to provide a fun, exciting Halloween experience for adults while benefitting kids. This year’s sponsors for the HALOS Haunted Halloween Bash include Motley Rice LLC, Shem Creek Events, Pearlstine Distributors, Firefly Distillery, Cupcake, Palmetto City Photo Booth and Barefoot Wine.

“We wanted to offer a great Halloween event that would cater to adults who don’t want to be out all night but still want to have fun, and we wanted to do something to help HALOS,” Pam Germanos, of Motley Rice LLC, a HALOS Partner said.  “The two just came together.”
