Maverick Southern Kitchens to Offer Barn Raiser Cocktail for Keegan Farms

In lieu of the recent fire on Keegan – Filion farms that tragically burned down Annie and Marc Keegan’s barn and animals, Maverick Southern Kitchens’ restaurants including Slightly North of Broad, High Cotton Charleston, High Cotton Greenville and Old Village Post House will offer the “Barn Raiser” cocktail to help raise money for Keegan-Filion Farms in their efforts to rebuild.

The “Barn Raiser” Cocktail is a delicious mix of local honey-infused Maverick Bourbon, Blenheim’s ginger ale and orange bitters. Two dollars from every Barn Raiser cocktail purchased will be donated to help financially assist Keegan-Filion Farms.

The cocktail costs $9 and will be offered through January 22. Frank Lee, Executive Chef, Slightly North of Broad will also be participating in the Barn Raiser event on January 22 at Lowndes Grove Plantation from 1 – 4 p.m. For more information on the Barn Raiser visit http://ldeicharleston.com/store/products/Keegan-Filion_Farms_Fundraiser.html
