Class will cover: Natural defenses in the garden. Defining the Healthy Vegetable Garden in the context of how we garden. The major pest and diseases and which vegetables they like to bother. Ways to control the pests without harming everything else around them. (Tricks and techniques) Rotating your crops for a healthy garden.

Class begins at the Conservancy office class meeting space, 804 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 20403- Home of DwellSmart. The class will end at Jim Martin's Edible Garden location on James Island.

This class will be both presentation and demonstration. Plan for a successful vegetable garden with this basic how-to course.  Class sizes are limited and registration is not complete without class payment.
