Sixth Annual Festival of Wreaths

On December 8, 2011, The Shops at Charleston Place will invite Charlestonians to spread their holiday cheer at the Festival of Wreaths. For the sixth consecutive year, The Shops and local designers of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) will team up to create holiday wreaths for auction to benefit MUSC Children’s Hospital. This year’s event will feature a group of talented local designers as well as other local creative artists, providing wreaths to hang in The Shops, beginning on Black Friday and to be auctioned at the Festival of Wreaths party. Event tickets are available in advance for $15 each at the Orient-Express Boutique at Charleston Place Hotel or by calling 843.937.9142. Tickets will also be available at the event for $20 each, and includes live entertainment from The Sneakers, champagne and passed hors d’oeuvres.  

The Festival of Wreaths has become a fast favorite among holiday party-goers, and this year’s event surely will not disappoint. The Festival will again feature Charleston’s most talented interior designers and artists, creating one-of-a-kind wreaths, for an even greater cause. MUSC Children’s Hospital also works in tandem with the Festival of Wreaths designers to engage patients in the process, resulting in a few truly special wreaths to take home, while also supporting a vital local cause.
