In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Willow Salon will host its first annnual “Cut for the Cause” to benefit The Center for Natural Breast Reconstruction, to be held on Sunday, October 14, 2012 from 1:00pm – 6:00pm.

This one-day event is taking place at 4 Liberty Street, outside in the parking lot where there will be live music, give-aways, free haircuts and blow-outs and free eyebrow wax all in exchange for the community’s donations.

In addition to the cut-a-thon, stylists will be accepting donations daily in order to reach their monetary goal and to make a difference, one dollar at a time. This fundraiser includes a number of stylists that have been affected by breast cancer and are donating a generous portion of their time to this event to raise awareness and money for post reconstruction bags for patients.
