North Charleston acquires the deed to 22nd public park

The city of North Charleston will become the outright deed-holder of its 22nd public park today, January 7th, when MeadWestvaco and KapStone Paper and Packaging officially donate 39 acres of green space located near the gates of the former paper mill.
