Thanks to the down turn in the real estate market and the abundance of available homes in the area, Myrtle Beach has made another top ten list. 

Recently, WMBF News reported that MSN.com has placed Myrtle Beach on their list of the ten hottest vacation real estate markets. The MSN.com list has some other great vacation destinations listed, Key West Florida, Napa, California and another South Carolina beach and golf community, Hilton Head.
