Update February 7: CofC had an easy win over Furman on Saturday.

In case you missed it, here is the box score of the 73-54. But the much bigger concern now is play down the line with forward Jeremy Simmons out indefinitely with a blood clot in his right arm.  For more, see the article from earlier in the week in the Post and Courier or the press release from the CofCSports Website.

First reporting: Senior All-America candidate Andrew Goudelock posted a game-high 25 points last night when the College of Charleston swept the regular-season series with defending Southern Conference champion Wofford 79-54.

Wofford led 34-32 at halftime, but the Cougars quickly took charge by sprinting out to a 20-4 run. The Cougars also shut down defending SoCon Player of the Year Noah Dahlman to just seven points in the second half of the game.

For a full write-up on last night's victory, make your way to the official release on the College's Athletics site.

The Cougars will host Furman on Saturday, February 5th at Carolina First Arena. Tipoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. as part of CofC Homecoming Weekend and the game will be televised regionally on CSS.
