Woman struck, killed while crossing Ashley Phosphate

Karen Glover died after she was hit by an SUV while attempting to cross North Charleston's Ashley Phosphate Road near Dorchester Manor.

Glover was in the turn lane when she was hit, no charge have been filled against the driver.

Ashley Phosphate Road has received much criticism for it's danger to pedestrians, particularly Hispanics.
